I start revising the manuscript to see how many illustrations and characters do I need to do, then I start by the character design to make sure every character looks the same in each page. Then I make the sketching and the book dummy of every page, I make the rest of the poses of the characters and start adding the color. Then the book is ready for layout. This organization allows me to finish a book within two months depending on the page count and the amount of corrections.
